You’ll learn how to create custom keyword triggers that can send alerts and automatically log notes to a student’s profile. To get started, you’ll need access to Classroom and Session Controls. From there, you can easily navigate to Classroom Management then Session Controls, create a new session, and add your custom triggers. It’s a quick way to keep tabs on digital behavior and support your classroom management.

How to navigate to Session Controls:
1. Click Classroom Management on the left then on the drop down click Session Controls.
2. Click on Session Controls, then click Add Session Control to create customized session controls for your classes.
3. Within the session controls, teachers have the option to add their own keyword triggers, create alerts based on the number of times a student types the trigger word, and create a note.
How to create keyword triggers within Session controls:
4. Click on Add Trigger to create a keyword trigger for the session control.
This allows you to create your own trigger word, send an alert based on the trigger capture, and can automatically create a note under the student's profile.
5. Once complete, click Save or Save and Apply to immediately apply the keyword capture.
