Impersonate User

StudentKeeper enables admins to use the Impersonate User tool to log in as a different user, enabling them to view their settings and troubleshoot issues directly. All actions taken while impersonating are securely logged and searchable within reporting for full transparency.

Follow these steps to impersonate a user:

1. On the left side of the screen, click User/Role Management.



The Users page displays:



2. Click Impersonate with the Aria symbol next to a user if you want to open that user's Aria feature.

3. To impersonate by accessing the user's StudentKeeper account, go back to your other window that is still open. Click Impersonate.



The user's StudentKeeper application displays. Note the orange impersonate icon and the profile icon.

Confirm profile if needed by clicking the profile icon. 

4. To stop impersonating user's account, click this impersonate icon. You will need to login to your account again.
