The Teachers & Staff page allows you to view and manage your profile page, view and manage your students' connected devices, view captures assigned to you, and view, manage, and create notes.
If you are a school admin, in addition to managing your own profile, you will also be able to manage the profiles, notes, and captures for teachers and staff members within your organization. This will be helpful when providing troubleshooting assistance.
Prerequisites
- Access to Teachers and Staff Profiles
- Admin login credentials (if providing troubleshooting assistance)
How to Access Profile Pages for Teachers and Staff
1. Log into StudentKeeper.
2. In the left menu, select Profiles > Teachers & Staff.
3. You will now see a list of all teachers and staff within your organization.
Use Filters to Narrow Your Search
1. At the top of the column, begin typing your search term in the filter option. StudentKeeper generates results as you type.
2. You can add search terms in multiple columns to refine your search.
How to View a Profile
1. To open a detailed profile, click on the line of the staff member.
2. The profile will include contact information and scheduling.
3. To export a copy of the class schedule and student notes, click Export as PDF in the upper far-right.
4. Use the menu near the top of the screen to view classes, student rosters, notes, and captures.
5. After viewing a staff member's profile, if you would like to return to the list of teachers and staff members, click on the Teachers & Staff link or the back arrow (upper left corner) .
How to Edit Your Display Name and Preferences
1. In the upper right corner, click on your profile icon.
2. Select Profile > Edit Profile.
3. After making any changes, click Save.
