User Profile Icon (Available Tools)

The User Profile Settings menu provides helpful tools for editing your profile and for using StudentKeeper.

How to Access User Profile Settings

1.  Log into StudentKeeper.

2.  In the upper-right corner, click on your profile icon.

Profile

Use this option to access and edit your user profile and/or logout.

Edit Profile

Click this option to access and edit your user profile and/or change your password.

Logout

To logout of StudentKeeper, click Logout or the icon in the upper-right.

User Tools

This option provides access to StudentKeeper's support bot, Ativion's privacy policy, a form for submitting feature requests, and the latest release notes.

Support

1.  The Support option opens StudentKeeper's chatbot. Use the text field to engage with the bot to get support and answers to your questions.

2.  In the upper-right, click the ellipsis to silence the bot notifications. 

3.  In the lower-left, click the paperclip icon to attach any documents/screenshots that would help StudentKeeper Support to resolve your issue. 

4.  To minimize the window, click the caret/arrow in the lower-right.

Privacy Center

The Privacy Center option opens Ativion's Privacy Policy page on the Ativion website.

Feedback

1.  The Feedback option opens StudentKeeper's Feedback Form. Use this form to recommend product enhancements.

2.  After completing the form, click Submit (lower-right).

History

The History option opens the StudentKeeper Release Notes page on the Ativion knowledge base.
