Workflows in the classroom management system allow administrators to automate responses when specific student-related triggers occur, such as behavioral incidents, attendance issues, or academic concerns. When a trigger is activated, the system can automatically send an email, generate an in-system alert, or create a note in the student’s profile, all directed to the designated staff member. This feature streamlines communication, ensures timely intervention, and maintains consistent documentation, helping staff stay informed and responsive without relying on manual tracking or follow-ups.
