The Aria Note Assistant makes it easy for teachers to create and manage student notes directly within Student Keeper. Whether you're on the main Notes page or viewing a class in real time, Aria streamlines the process with just a few clicks. From the Notes page, you can click the Aria icon to launch the assistant, enter your note, and finalize it with customizable details. Alternatively, while monitoring a class, you can create a student-specific note by clicking the Aria Note Assistant button on a student’s profile tile. This flexible, AI-powered tool helps teachers efficiently document observations and keep accurate, organized records with minimal effort.

Create a Note with Aria Note Assistant
There are many areas from which you can create a note. To find multiple ways to get to the Notes page, refer to the Create a Note article.
1. From the Notes page, click the Aria symbol in the upper-right corner.
The Aria Note Assistant displays.
2. When using the assistant, make sure to include the students name, date/time, location and short description in the space provided. Click the arrow in the bottom right when complete.
3. Aria will confirm details, if correct, click the blue button to create the note.

4. Add or change information as needed. Then click Create.
Create a Note with Aria Note Assistant from a Class by a Student's Name
You can also create a note with Aria Note Assistant from a student's profile tile in a class.
1. While viewing a class, click on the Aria Note Assistant button on a student's profile tile to create a note particularly for that student.
