Data Integration: Initiating a Manual Data Sync on Existing Data

This article gives step by step instructions on how to manually sync data from your data source to your instance of StudentKeeper.  

Prerequisites

• Access to StudentKeeper as an Ativion Administrator

1.  Login to StudentKeeper

2.  Navigate to the Ativion Admin section and select Integrations. 

3.  Locate the customer you intend to manually sync by using the Search Bar on the integrations line. 

4.  Once the site has been located, use the Source column to verify the data source is correct. 

5.  Once the source has been verified, scroll all the way to the right of the customer row and select either an Incremental or Full Sync in the Actions column.
