The District/School Overview, Filter Overview, and AI Overview dashboards include the option to set up a subscription. Subscriptions allow you to share a dashboard with specific users on a pre-determined schedule via automatic email delivery. This feature ensures safeguarding teams always have the information they need when they need it.
Prerequisites
- Access to Reporting, or
- Admin login credentials
How to Create Subscriptions
1. Log into StudentKeeper.
2. In the left menu, select Reporting, followed by the specific dashboard for which you will enable subscriptions.
3. In the upper-right, click the Sharing icon.
4. Select Subscriptions.
5. Enter the user name(s) or email address(es) for the recipient(s).
6. If you would like to send the dashboard immediately, click the Send email now button. StudentKeeper will denote when the email has been sent. No further action is required. To continue setting up the subscription, proceed to step 7.
7. Select the frequency in which the recipient(s) will receive the dashboard.
8. Use the toggle to determine if StudentKeeper will email the dashboard when it lacks data.
9. If you would like the dashboard to be in the body of the email, proceed to step 11. If you would like the dashboard to be included as an email attachment, proceed to step 10.
10. Click the Attach results as files toggle and determine the attachment file type, format style, and what data will be included in the attachment.

- Note: Each filter that is selected will be a separate attachment. Attachments can include up to 2,000 rows of data.
11. Click Done (lower right corner).
