Active Session tools empower teachers to effectively manage their instructional time by providing real-time control over student devices. With these tools, teachers can lock or unlock devices, send direct messages to students, and instantly launch websites across all student screens. They can also create block and allow lists to restrict or permit access to specific websites, ensuring a focused learning environment. Additionally, teachers can enable or disable internet access as needed. The integration of Aria, our AI assistant, enhances this toolkit by helping teachers send encouraging messages to on-task students and monitor attentiveness, ensuring students stay engaged throughout the lesson.

This feature allows the teacher to disable the internet during class. Localized programs will still operate.

This feature allows you to apply a block or allow list to the selected devices.
For more information on Block and Allow lists, please see this article: Classes: Allow and Block List
