Expiry Dates automatically remove outdated custom groups, keeping the system organized and ensuring only relevant groups remain active. This article shows how to set them up. For more information about setting up custom groups in general, you can refer to Creating and Editing Custom Groups.
Prerequisites
- Access to Create and Edit Classes
Set Up Expiry Dates for Custom Groups
1. From the left-hand navigation panel, click Classroom Management.
2. Click Classes.
3. Select the class for which you want to set up the expiry date by clicking the edit button.
Note: Your class cannot be in session when you are setting up the expiry date.
4. Scroll down and add an Expiry Date.
5. Click Update in the bottom right corner.
A message displays that says, "Form was updated!"
